Carrier helix transfer the raw material (barley, maize, oat etc.) from warehouse floor to the grinder bunker.

Ration Preparation and Feed Supply Unit

• This unit weighs and transfers the raw material to be involved in the ration on based of various quantity and quality upon estimated values preciously in to the system.
• This unit does the weigher function through the keys installed on the scale with the digital indicator that controls the load cells system pressed by four different points.
• The ratio process is programmable.
• After the requested raw materials are loaded to the bunker, the helix works and the raw materials are gone to the grinder via helix.

Grinder & Mixer and Sack Filling Up Unit

• Grinder unit is surrounded as 360° by screen. Feeding is made from the inside of screen (the grinding system has a vertical shaft). This grinding system has the latest technology, it works silence without dust and the animal feed are grinded homogeneously. The animal feed size can be arranged by changing the sieves.
• Grinded feeds fall in to mixer.
• Requested additives such as medicine and minerals etc. are directly added to the mixer unit.
• The mixer is made of two screws within each other, one of is right pitch, other is left pitch.
• This kind of mixers are very fast and made homogen mixture in very short time.
• Finaly, the sack filler unit transfers such newly obtained feed out through the mixer part.

Weigher Unit

• The weigher unit is used to obtain the products to be packed at standard weights once the feed had been transferred from the sack filler unit through a packed. The weigher unit with digital indicator is programmable through the combined keys.
