• This unit weighs and transfers the raw material to be involved in the ration on based of various quantity and quality upon estimated values preciously in to the system.
• The unit does the weigher function through the keys installed on the scale with the digital indicator that controls the load cells system pressed by four different points.
• The prepared ration are loaded to the grinder via a feeder helix.

Grinder & Mixer and Sack Filling Up Unit

• The raw material which come from the feed loading unit are grinded in the grinder unit, then transferred to the mixer unit. 
• Requested additives such as medicine and minerals etc. are directly added to the mixer unit.
• Animal feed obtained after a homogenious mixture of the materials.
• Finaly, the sack filler unit transfers such newly obtained feed out through the mixer part.

Weigher Unit

• The weigher unit is used to obtain the products to be packed at standard weights once the feed had been transferred from the sack filler unit through a packed.
• The weigher unit with digital indicator is programmable through the combined keys.
